Ordering, sizing and lead times

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by product category, typically starting around 50 pieces per style. Send your requirement and we will confirm the exact figure for your item.
How do I work out sizing for a large order?
We supply a size-set sample before bulk production. You circulate it, confirm the size breakdown, and we cut to that ratio — this is the single biggest cause of reorder waste, so we do not skip it.
Can you produce custom-branded uniforms with our logo?
Yes. Embroidery, DTF printing, heat press and screen printing are all in-house, so your logo is applied by us rather than a third party.
How long does production take?
It depends on quantity and customisation. With 200+ machines and 300+ workers we handle large institutional runs on a predictable schedule, and we confirm the date in writing at order confirmation.
Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes, we supply organisations nationwide from our production units in Karachi and Gujranwala.
Are you registered to supply government departments?
Yes. We are NTN, GST and SRB registered, an FBR Active Taxpayer, and registered on e-procurement platforms including ePADs, SAP and UNGM.
Can parents buy school uniforms directly?
Yes — the same uniforms we supply in bulk are available over the counter at our four Harmain Uniform Store branches in Karachi.
